Wendy O. Hickey


Wendy O. Hickey has been working at Nissenbaum Hickey since 1991, admitted to the bar in 2003 and admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals (2007) and U.S. Supreme Court (2011). Selected as a Rising Star by Superlawyers in 2010-2012 she was selected by Superlawyers 2013-2017, and is a fellow in the International Association of Family Lawyers - IAFL and the AAML Foundation. Upon the retirement of Jerry Nissenbaum in April 2017, Wendy Hickey Law became the successor firm.

Wendy regularly writes on various family law topics for the Boston Bar Association and now authors the popular Divorce411 column in the sunday Boston Herald.

Wendy co-authored an article What You Need To Know About Vaughan Affidavits” which was published in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly  and regularly writes on various family law topics for the Boston Bar Association Family Law Section Newsletter.

Most recently she and Attorney Nissenbaum co-authored the Massachusetts Chapter in the 3rd Edition of the Thomson-Reuters European Law Guide to Family Law: Jurisdictional and Institutional Comparisons
